While completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting at the University of Southern California, Ivan knew that an emphasis in real estate was his passion. Ivan was the Luxury Director at Keller Williams Hollywood Hills and had received the Top Producer Award for 2012 to 2015. Nick Ialacci joined Ivan Estrada Properties early on while the Team excelled in becoming one of the Top Producing teams for their company. He started with the hustle and bustle of interning while learning all ins and outs of what it takes to become a top agent in LA. Nick quickly passed his Realtor Associate Salesperson Exam and became Client Manager of Ivan Estrada Properties. Working closely with the teams’ clients in making sure to keep communication constantly, execute paperwork in a timely and efficient fashion, and in helping them find the perfect property or execute the perfect marketing for their listing. Nick’s niche is establishing and building long lasting relationships with all of the young professionals on the West Side and Silicon Beach. His experience building up a strong social media presence along with Ivan’s strong youtube presence will allow the team to dominate a widely used internet market. As a Santa Monica local, he is able to make great connections with rising and growing professionals as him self, setting up a future of exponential growth. Tiffanie Misner – Title Account Executive
Tiffanie is our teams Title Account Executive – with Kathleen Lorden, Chicago Title. Tiffanie was born and raised in Southern California. She grew up in the Real Estate industry as both of her parents worked in Real Estate since she was a young child. Tiffanie started working in the Real Estate business in 2003 when she was 17 years old. She started in the family business as a Home Warranty rep under her Mothers Team in Riverside County and in 2009 she started her own Home Warranty Team with her sister in Beverly Hills and the Greater Los Angeles area as ”The Misner Twins”.
At the end of 2014, Tiffanie was welcomed to Kathleen Lorden’s Team as a Title Account Executive and it has been a match made in heaven!
