Hollywood Hills | Tour

If your idea of California dreaming includes infinity pools and skyline views, look no further than the Hollywood Hills which is located minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Sunset Blvd. Known as the perfect hideaway for celebrities and industry professionals, residents are drawn to the area’s rolling vistas that offer some of the most breathtaking views of Downtown Los Angeles and Catalina Island.

The maze of winding roads and panoramic views provide residents a sense of serenity and seclusion not felt elsewhere in Los Angeles – despite being minutes from some of the best shopping, dining, and nightlife destinations on Sunset Blvd. The Sunset Strip is one of the most well known commercial corridors in Los Angeles featuring cafes and restaurants, rooftop bars and nightlife favorites like Katana, 1Oak, the Standard Hotel and Sky Bar at the Mondrian Hotel.  If you are looking for old Hollywood glamour, Sunset Tower and the Chateau Marmont are two of the poshest spots favored by the celebrity crowd and jet set elite. Fitness lovers can rejoice that Equinox, Soul Cycle, and multiple yoga call the area home near the shopping complex Sunset Plaza. Just north of Sunset Plaza you will find Hollywood Hills West. The area is famed for its spectacular multi million dollar views in neighborhoods like Mt Olympus, Doheny Estates and the Bird Streets, which is one of LA’s most sought after enclaves with spectacular modern and Mediterranean style mansions.

Nearby Laurel Canyon boasts a bohemian vibe being the heart of rock n roll in the 1960s and 70s. Just off the Cahuega Pass you will find Hollywood Hills East, which features historic Spanish and craftsman style bungalows in areas like Lake Hollywood, Franklin Village and Beachwood Canyon. A magnet for the well educated, the Hollywood Hills also has one of the best schools in the area – Wonderland Elementary – with the prestigious private school Harvard Westlake located just over the hill in Studio City. If you are looking for one of the hottest areas to live in Los Angeles, the Hollywood Hills is the perfect place to call home.
