With an unusual lofty layout, a generous kitchen/dining area with oak cabinets that sits in-between two lofted spaces. On one end is a snug living area and on the other is a bathroom big enough for a washer/dryer and tub. What does this cute, luxury RV go for? Base model: $65,400 and Limited Edition for : $82,400.

2. Heirloom

The first claimed company to first manufacture and build “luxury, custom tiny homes” in the U.S. is based in Portland. Their structures start ranging from $65,000 to $79,000 and are made to order. Designed with “Millenials” in mind, these homes on wheels look like quaint mini-Craftmans  from the outer appearance but the inside has exposed dark wooden beams, bamboo flooring, with brightly painted cabinets and doors. Each section of the home will serve at least two purposes. The living room is an office and entry way, the ceiling of the kitchen (has stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer) also serves as a cute bedroom alcove.

This colorful 140-Square Foot micro-dwelling on wheels was designed and constructed by Illinois-based tiny house builders Frank Henderson and Paul Schultz. This little abode is loaded with eco-friendly features, including white, energy-efficient thermoplastic roofing, a large sliding glass door and ample windows that enhance day lighting and natural ventilation, and built in planters that can be irrigated by gray water from interior sinks. It has distinguishing features such as: a sliding glass door, storage cubes that can transform into different seating configurations in the living room, a floating cabinet for housing common cooking ingredients, and a loft big enough for a king-size bed. The first model is available right now for $35,000 to $48,000.

186 Square foot, flat-packed, solar powered cabin from South Africa. This house was meant to allow users maximum flexibility. It is flat-packed for easy transport, easy re-or dis-assembling, as well as solar powered. This new model has metal siding and has modularity. It can be reconfigured and added on to accommodate up to 12 people.

5. Monarch

Monarch tiny homes have 170-Square Feet and range in price from $22,000 for the half/half option with no furnishings or $ 47,000 for the move in ready version. The scale and size of this mobile dwelling might be pretty micro, but this San Diego Manufactured Mobile Home has plywood floor, recycled siding, with a sleeping loft, simple timber finishings and fittings.
