Have you heard of Malibu’s Paradise Cove Mobile Home Park? Wait, Mobile Home Park in Malibu? Yup, thats right. But it’s definitely a stigma-busting oceanfront trailer park where it’s not uncommon for trailers to sell for more than a million dollars. These trailer parks now bring in a much richer crowd, with Porsches and primary residences elsewhere. Residents say a big selling point is that “the area represents an antidote, and at times a rebuke, to the sprawling estates of nearby Los Angeles (where most have their primary residences). The escape, and the stunning ocean views and beauty lifestyle that the mobile home park affords are a huge draw.
