Staging a new listing has its BENEFITS in general :

  • Tends to get you more money (over asking)
  • De-clutters a home
  • Allows buyers a chance to envision living in the home
  • Makes the property photogenic (also part of marketing)
  • Keeps property looking clean 
  • Simplifies the property and avoids buyers not liking it because it doesn’t fit their taste

The alternative to staging a property and cutting cost – Vacant property. Vacant properties can often times feel empty, bland, boring, dull, etc.

While staging a property seems more beneficial…it can come with a costly price tag. Solution – Pop-Up Staging.

WHAT IS POP-UP STAGING?

Furniture pieces such as tables, chairs, sofas,  that is made up from cheaper material like corrugated plastic. This is in lieu of more expensive leased furniture that may get damaged.
