Ashley Boardman is an attorney at SBL COUNSEL, where she focuses on negotiating and preparing start-up company documentation and contracts. Ms. Boardman represents clients in a variety of industries, including internet and ecommerce platforms, application development, insurance, clothing manufacture, food and wine production, fitness, and luxury goods and services.

Ms. Boardman graduated from Loyola Law School where she participated in the Corporate Law Track, International Intellectual Property Institute (London), Transactional Lawyering Meet (Philadelphia), Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, Student Bar Association and Women’s Law Association. During law school Ms. Boardman worked at a firm that specializes in Chinese-American business ventures and Intellectual Property litigation and as an extern for the Small Business Department of the Internal Revenue Service.

Before law school Ms. Boardman earned a Bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Science, Technology and Society and Political Science from Vassar College. Ms. Boardman also worked as a high school mathematics teacher and analyst for business restructuring advisors.
