When you hear BEVERLY HILLS, I think naturally you think of the wealthy, celebrities, exclusivity. The city opened up it’s first official dog park at 344 N. Foothill Rd. What makes it exclusive it that in true Beverly Hills fashion, it is only open to residents and employees of the city. The city had been working for a while on the design (since back in October) due to some heated debate on the hours, risk of dog bites, and what not.
This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Cottage in Beverly Hills Post Office was built in 1923 with a very charming 1,000 square feet. Your standard white picket fence, gravel driveway, and red bricked path to the front door. The home recently received a remodel that kept the Story-book charm but took a seamless integration of indoor/outdoor flow and spruced it up a bit!
Beverly Hills will soon have a Four Seasons- Brand Complex to be built, housing some of Los Angeles’s most expensive condos including a $50 million Penthouse. The Four Seasons Private Residences, including 59 posh units, will schedule to open in 2017 across the street from the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
