I recently moved from Boston to LA for work, and Ivan helped me find a place easily despite the super quick timeline I was working on. I was coming to town for Thanksgiving, and I called Ivan the Sunday before asking if we could see some condos that week. Within a day he had scheduled Wednesday appointments for us to see all the places I was interested in. Then on Tuesday night, a new condo came on the market that I fell in love with. Even though the sellers weren’t planning to show it the week of Thanksgiving, Ivan worked his magic and was able to get us in to see it on Wednesday. I made an offer that same day, and now here I am two months later relaxing in the living room of that very same condo. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of agent or new home!
Furthermore, Ivan’s emphasis on customer service is particularly helpful during the inevitable challenges of any real estate transaction. Just before I closed on my condo, we found out that the sellers had left a bunch of holes in the walls that we hadn’t been expecting. Without missing a beat, Ivan offered to take care of that for me on his dime so the transaction wouldn’t be delayed, and the morning after closing he had a handyman in to fix the problems.
Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with such a smart and dedicated agent, and I recommend him anytime someone brings up real estate.
