I have had the opportunity, and sometimes displeasure, of working with real estate agents when buying or selling properties for myself and clients. I have always had to be skeptical and be overly mindful of what the agent was doing. I have had experiences where the agents’ profits have taken priority over the needs of me or my clients, trying to shove poor deals/fits down our throats for the fast and easy deal.I can say with certainty that I NEVER have to concern myself with Ivan now that Ivan has represented me and my clients. I have never come across an agent that takes doing a great and ethical job so personally for his clients (I am sure they exist, but I have just not come across it). Ivan will kill a deal rather than let his client buy the wrong property or make a hasty sale. He is an expert and if you follow his lead, you will be rewarded in the end.There are very few people that I will put my neck on the line to refer to family, clients and friends, and he is someone that I take great pride in recommending. Absolute star!!!!
