Centrally located with Bel Air to the North, Beverly Hills to the East and Santa Monica to the West, Westwood is nestled in one of the most affluent areas of West Los Angeles. Designed in 1919, Westwood is comprised of four neighborhoods: Little Holmby, The North Village, Westwood Village and the Wilshire Corridor. Main attractions include the Hammer Museum, Geffen Playhouse and the prestigious Fox Theatre, which is one of the most popular venues to host red carpet Hollywood Premiers. The neighboring Wilshire corridor is a prominent residential and commercial strip with glass high rises towering the West Los Angeles skyline. Popular for its proximity and panoramic views, the Wilshire Corridor is one of the few areas where residents can enjoy the virtues of vertical living. Due to the high influx of UCLA students, Westwood faces some of the highest rents in all of Los Angeles. Surrounding residential neighborhoods feature Spanish and Mediterranean style architecture. Adjacent to Westwood lies Century City – “a city within a city” that serves as a premier business destination for top industries in Los Angeles.
Defined by its large commercial towers and high rise luxury condominiums, main attractions include the Fox Film studios and Westfield Century City Mall. With a world class university serving as the top billing address, Westwood offers an endless array of destinations that cater to educated professionals and the young at heart.
